Title:  VP of Customer Experience

Reports to:Chief Digital Officer


The Role:  VP of Customer Experience (CX) role, a new position within J.D.Power, offers a unique opportunity to lead a new line of business centered inCustomer Experience solutions

The Impact:  Currently at $40M of revenues, we expect this new unit to become a keylever of growth over the next few years

  • Minimum 10 years of experience insolution or service delivery for a recognize consulting organization.
  • Bachelors’ degree from a globallyrecognized institution of higher learning is required, with an advanced degree(MS, PhD, equivalent) strongly preferred.
