Title: HR Specialist

Location: Tokyo

Reports to: Lilian Guo

 

The Role:  You will need to play an HR support role toprovide daily operations to our Japan office.

 

Responsibilities:

  • RegulatoryCompliance (Required by local laws and regulations.) that includes Work HourManagement, HR Regulatory Reports, Local Policies and Procedures for PrivacyMark Internal/External Audit, etc.
  • HRData Administration and Systems that includes Data Management/Protection,On-boarding/Off-boarding, Internal and external audit by Government, etc.
  • Pre-Payrollthat includes Social Insurance, Tax adjustment process, Communication withPayroll Department and vendor, Incentive/Bonus/Commission/Award, MonthlyPre-Payroll, etc.
  • TalentAcquisition that includes Recruitment of Permanent, direct Contract employeesand Non FTE, Vendor Contract Management, Business planning and budget process,etc.
  • Rewardsthat include Local benefit admin, Compensation review, Employee communication,etc.
  • Employeecommunication that includes new hires orientation, Performance Management,Talent Review, Local Training, etc.
  • EmployeeRelations that includes Consulting and coaching, Exit Interview, etc.
  • Meetingsthat includes Incident Site Management Team, JDP-AP Meetings for Regulatory andCompliance, etc.
  • Organizationthat includes Organization Design, Strategic HR planning, Change Management,Collaboration with Finance, Operational Plans, etc.

Meanwhile,we are also encouraging you to take below responsibilities to support otherteam.

  • T&E support foraccounting
  • Non PO backedinvoice for office related submission
  • Support of vendermanagement for accounting area
  • Support for regularpayment for tax, etc.
  • Support for statutoryrequirement such as Registry office, Tax, Pension, etc.
  • Management oftemporary staff includes vender management, interview, time management
  • Employee’s welfarethat is vending machine, management of utility space

Qualifications:

  • 5years above experience in overall HR function is highly welcomed
  • Atleast 3 years MNC working experience with global corporate view
  • Bachelordegree
  • Englishcommunication both in Oral & Written is a must
  • Goodteam work experience
