Title:  Senior Program Manager (11A)

Location: Westlake Village, CA

Reports to (title):  Sr. Director, IT PMO


The Role:  The Senior Program Manager is responsible forleading, planning and implementing technology projects in support of the current,strategic & growth initiatives.  ThePPM will oversee & manage the project portfolio and will provide guidance& governance to vendors & managed service providers in adherence tostandards, best practices, and methodologies.

The Impact: This position is accountable for providing management ofthe technology project portfolio that is integrated & aligned to thebusiness strategic plan and growth initiatives.



  • Manages,oversees & governs vendor project managers per contractual obligations& SLAs
  • Executes& drives technology (infrastructure, network, data centers, AD, end usercomputing, collaboration tools, artificial intelligence, machine learnings,etc.) projects, programs & portfolios
  • Auditsperformance of the project portfolio (scope, plans, executions, deliverables, artifacts,resources, financials)
  • Advises& holds vendors & managed service providers accountable for executions& deliverable commitments
  • Collaborateswith procurement team to structure contracts (NDA, MSA, PSA, SOWs)
  • Deliversprojects with hands-on approach, facilitate sessions, and drive discussions
  • Providescoaching, shares best practices and industry standard project/program/portfoliomanagement methodologies
  • Generates& communicates all portfolio & project status reporting, dashboards andmetrics to all stakeholders
  • Servesas the escalation point of contact for all issues within the assigned portfolio
  • Manages key relationships with internal &external executive, business and vendor teams
  • Otherduties as assigned


  • Minimum6 – 8 years of experience as a Project/Program and or Portfolio Manager
  • Extensiveknowledge & understanding of technologies (infrastructure, network, datacenters, Active Directory, end user computing, collaboration tools, artificialintelligence, machine learnings, etc.)
  • Bachelor’sdegree (Masters preferred) in IT, business administration, project management orrelated major
  • PMPCertification, Certified ScrumMaster, Microsoft Project Professional andProject Server certification
  • Travelestimate (10-15%)
  • Experienceusing Microsoft Tools and running projects with various methodologies(Waterfall, Agile, etc.)
  • Abilityto perform technical & business assessment & analysis and optimizesolutions & deliveries
  • Abilityto communicate, think strategically and evaluate structure changes forcontinuous improvement
