Job Description

Position:        ResearchSupervisor (Permanent)

  • Based in Thailand 

Start Date:    As soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Project management for both syndicated and proprietary(quantitative) consumer research studies in one or several Asian markets
  2. Responsible for project initiation, planning,execution, production, analysis and reporting in concordance with existingquality processes
  3. Provide analytical support to senior management andsales department whenever required to support business cases for potentialopportunities or initiatives
  4. Client servicing for all project-related matters, analysis, summary writing and presentation of study results
  5. Coordination and resource planning with ResearchAssistants/Trainees and support staff


  1. University degree (min. Bachelor), ideally in Business Administration
  2. Min. 3-5 yearsprofessional experience in market research agency,consulting company or other service industry with experience in multi-projectand client management
  3. Proficientwith Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word), SPSS and/or other tabulationdata/analysis software
  4. Interculturalcompetence, i.e. ability to work in cross-functionaland cross-cultural teams, high communication skills
  5. Analyticalcompetences and ability to prepare and conduct convincing presentations
  6. Fluentin English
  7. Experience with customersatisfaction research and basic quantitative techniques a must have
  8. Knowledge and interest in the automotiveindustry strongly recommended
